Is it possible to do this in VBScript?
What I need is just to have like a browse button, and when the user selects a particular file, the link to the file selected is to be set to a hyperlink field.

After installing InfoPath 2003 Toolkit for Visual Studio .NET (the link is on the right of main page of this site), you can create an Infopath Templete inside visual basic and you can add to the templete the .net code...it's an integrated environment, i like it. :)
Re: How to add browse button to infopath..?

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I tried double clicking the button and this opens script editor with javascript(script.js). I wrote java script code to open file dialog but it throws error. Its not recogonizing javascript objects like 'document' . Which language do u mean by .net (jscript/vbscript/c#..?). I am very new to infopath and scripting languages. So If you could provide some code to open file dialog that would be very helpful to me..

Thanks a lot,
E.
