I call it "aggregation". Anyway, use two forms and the Import functionality in the second. Issue Tracking and Meeting Agenda are two out-of-box samples that show off import functionality. The SDK has more info. It requires some work to set up the import xsl and it is hard to debug, but it works.

Patrick Halstead [InfoPath MVP]
InfoPathDev

Supporting forms

I have a scenario that I would like to use InfoPath for. It involves this: Users should be able to enter data in a repeating field (same form for all users), then submit the data to an administrator. The data should then automatically populate the corresponding fields in an administrator's general form. The administrator should not have to type in redundant information. Is InfoPath able to do this easily? If so, what is the best approach?

T. Hunt
tracy@goisc.com
www.fastflare.com
