This is a list of contacts which has more than one entry for a variety of cities and countries. I would like to have a dropdown for country that shows each country only once and in alphabetical order, even though in the list there are probably 20 entries for USA, 15 for Canada, 12 for Mexico and so forth. I would also like the countries to display in alphabetical order.

I looked at filters and formulas, but am not quickly seeing a way to do this. Any ideas?

Hilary
