I work for a large Insurance company, and the in house IT department can not seem to help me here. Here is the situation. This is in regards to Infopath 2003 and we have sp2 installed.

We have created a template that is used for our external partners to fill out data on. UWReferral.1.1.0.xsn. I have sent this form to them, and they can open it and fill out data. We can also recieve it back, but when we add our comments into what they send us, and then send back...then they get an error saying: Infopath can not open the following file xxxxx.xml. The following form template for the form can not be found. file:// xxxx.server.xxx. etc

What I would like to accomplish: I would like to send our form to our client, get thier information, approve or dissaprove the request and then send it back. Can anyone please assist?

Thanks sooo much!!! And if someone figures this out, they should take our IT departments jobs! lol
