I have a InfoPath template ("TestForm.xsn") located on my server

I have a HTML page that should create an instance of the form, save it in a given location and open it.

I have this code for while:
function clickToOpen()
{
var ranNum= Math.round(Math.random()*25555);
var Newpath="\\\\MyServer\\InfoPathSave\\"+ ranNum +".xml"
var template ="\\\\MyServer\\InfoPath\\TestForm.xsn"
//Start the application
var oApp = new ActiveXObject("InfoPath.Application");
var oXDocumentCollection = oApp.XDocuments;
var oXDocument = oXDocumentCollection.NewFromSolution(template);
}

What should I add to this function code for saving the new instance in the given location ("NewPath")???
