I have a link on a WSS Site to a "central" form template on a SharePoint portal site that passes in the default save location as the WSS site where the link is displayed. That all works very nicely. However, we wanted to initialize some of the data in the form based on the original WSS site, so I wanted to get at the save location to read information from the WSS site for the form.

maryha

Re: defaultsavelocation

As far as I can tell, there is no way to get that.

What are you trying to accomplish?

Greg Collins [InfoPath MVP]
InfoPath Dev

defaultsavelocation

Hi,

Is there anyway to retrieve the value of the defaultsavelocation command-line argument within the InfoPath programming environment?

Mary F.
