Yes, you can build an InfoPath form that talks to the DB. When you design a form there is an option to "New From Data Connection". Choose this and specify your Access DB. You'll get a form that can receive and submit data from your Access MDB. Note: be careful of the datatypes. If the data connection doesn't show up as "submit-enabled" it's because there is a column which cannot be roundtripped (for example, memo). In that case, just go back and remove the column.
Hope this helps!

Patrick Halstead [InfoPath MVP]
InfoPathDev

x ref Access to Infopath or vice versa

Hi, Am very new to the above programs.

1) I have the unlucky job of inputting my colleague hours that there have worked on a daily basis to a database (Access). They then manual full out expense sheets by hand. I've been asked by them if it would be possible to transfer this data to this expense form.

2) What I've done is open this form in (infopath)& design drop form's etc but unable to do any calculations on this form.

3) Is it possible for me to use this info that the database stores & transfer this to Info if so how can I do this? or vice versa

Any Help would be Great........!
