How do I refer to a specific field in the same row of the table?

Also, I still have the problem of the script only computing the time difference in whole hours. I need it to return partial hours - say the beginning time is 8:00 a.m. and the ending time is 9:15 a.m., I need it to return 1.25 for the total hours worked.

Any thoughts?

Re: Time Difference in Repeating Table

Hello
Welcome to the Forum!

I'm guessing that you have function msoxd_timesheet_endtime::OnAfterChange(eventObj) but do you have this function for starttime also? Please add an onafterchange function which calls "updatehoursworked" and the total hours will change when start time is changed also.

Shanthi
InfoPathDev India

Time Difference in Repeating Table

I have created a repeating table to track consulting time for billing. This table contains the a date field, a BeginTime field, a EndTime field, a TotalHours field and a description of work field. I want the TotalHours field to automatically update after updating either the BeginTime or the EndTime fields. I found a solution at this web site: <a href='http://radio.weblogs.com/0131777/stories/2004/02/22/howTototalingValuesInARepeatingTable.html' target='_blank' title='http://radio.weblogs.com/0131777/stories/2004/02/22/howTototalingValuesInARepeatingTable.html'http://radio.weblogs.com/0131777/stories/2004/02/22/howTototalingValuesInARepeatingTable.html, but it only works when you update the EndTime field and it only computes the time difference in whole hours.

Can anyone help me?
