Go to Tools -> form Options
2. Open the security Tab
3. Unselect the checkbox at "Automatically determine security level ...."
4. Select Full trust radio button
5. Check "Sign this Form" checkbox
6. Click on Create certificate -> this creates a personal certificate.
7. Now click on Ok and then publish the solution to Sharepoint

When the solution user opens the form from sharepoint they get a dialog box, in which they have a details button. On clicking of this button they can install the certificate. After installing certificate close and open the InfoPath form again to start using it.

Hope this helps!

Re: Current User and full trust

quote:

Hi,

I have a couple of questions. Using JScript how can i ge the username of the user filling out the form?

The second question has to do with full trust. There arerr only selected users in out office who have infopath, as such when they submit a form to a form library i want the form to also send a second copy of the form in MHTML to a document library. I have tried to do this using the Export method however it always falls over with a "permission denied" error. The form is published to a form library but is not digitally signed because in all honesty i don't understand howthis works or how to get a digital signature... if i did have a digitalsignature would all users require their own DS...?? basically i would like to know how i can have the form submit to the form library and then send an html version to a document library.

cheers for any and all help it is greatly appreciated.

regards

Lee A Newson

For your username, look at a few posts back, its being discussed. But I made my form full trust by using the certificate. Once i have them save the form to there desktop they can run the certificate install, then they are set. I beileve you can do the same. Im not sure though, considering im not dipolying it the same way you are.

Current User and full trust

Hi,

I have a couple of questions.
