This is supported in InfoPath. Just set up a data connection (Tools->Data Connections) to query from a SharePoint list and then add a rule to the SharePoint list dropdown that sets values based on filtering the data per the dropdown selection. You'll need one set-value action per field that auto-populates. Easy to do!

Autofill, like google, for InfoPath Fields - with SP list?

Hi,

Id like to have a text box on my form, which acts like the googles new feature of displaying optoins under it.

the data for the autofill should come from a SharePoint list.

The object would be to get something like, the person filling the form in types A, and it under it (even if a choice box or something) a list is displayed with all the options from the list begining with A, when they type the next letter, so Al, the list shows all options with Al, then when customer types in the next letter Ala, the list then displays all options that beining with Ala only...

Does that make sence? hope so :)

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get something like this to work?

Cheers, Iri
