But The SSL Cert is bound to the actual host name. If you have an SSL cert

how are you signing your .xsn files?

I am fairly new, so I follow this procedure:

Tools, Form Options, Security and Trust

I check "Sign this form template" and, if necessary, "Create Certificate".

This procedure works but must be repeated for each computer to which I install my .xsn with a .msi.

QUESTION: instead of the above procedure, can I use a standard SSL certificate to sign the .xsn templates?

(Standard certificates can be purchased for as little as about $20 ... there are special certificates called "code signing" certificates BUT I'm guessing that "code signing" certificates are quite expensive.)

Thank you.

Regards,
Gerry (Lowry)
