I prefer not to use codes in the basic actions in the form so I can not help you in this way.

You can use a data connection that will submit data. in the second level of wizard, you should choose send as an email- message. In the next step of the wizard you can define all the property of email. you can define how it email the form; as an attachment or just the data. another way is to chang the submit option of the form.

hope to be useful dear sgandhi.

I do not have any option over there (VS) to do this. This is available only if you are using the IP. I am just filling the form and submitiing the form to library. rest all has to be taken care by teh workflow. I hope you got my point. Now any suggestions?

Thanks

Sumeet

Re: How to send the Infopath Form as an email?

Hi

I have created a custom workflow in SharePoint (Visual Studio).

2. As soon as the user fills the infopath form and clicks submit the workflow will activate.

3. I am able to send the mail to all the people in the field (approver).

4. What i want now is that the Form itself should go to all the approvers (in rendered mode) as an email.

Kindly let me know what is the way out?

Thanks

Sumeet Gandhi
