If not, the only way I can see to do this is create multiple controls, each with the correct filter (RowID = 1 or RowID = 2 etc) and show/hide the drop down controls based on user role. I have a drop down that uses a SQL database to populate all of the dropdown.&nbsp; Now I need to limit what all gets populated into this drop down. I need it to show only specific rows to each individual user. (so if a user has permissions to see only rows 1,2,3,5,and 10 of that table thats aall that will be in there. </p> <p>I am pretty sure I will have to create roles for each user (which wont be able only about 8 users.)&nbsp; and a filter based on roles but any information will be very usefull. </p> <p>Example data.</p>
