I was creating a form for collecting information to a project. This form contains also a control to attach documents related to the project. The form was working well until some of the users start to attach large files. I changed the share point server configuration, so my forms can grow up to 30MBs, however, it seems my users are still not happy, so I propose to change the system slightly to get this attachement size limit out of the way. On of my Ideas is to use a link to a folder where ppl can dump all related files. For me its simple to use this work arround which is offering lot mor space and keeps my form library operational. Anyway, there are two functions I cant find/cant see but they seem to be mandateroy... I would say...

1. is there a way to add a function to a button like: Create Folder in /projectroot/, using %projectname% as folder name? %projectname% is a text field to be filled in the form? So I can use this link in each form, or

2. is there a possibility to create kind of a dynamic link, so I can point to a webshare like: //server/site/doclib/%projectname%

Thanks a lot in advance for your answer,

cheers,
Joerg
