Thanks a lot for the mail. but clearing the cache did not help. I have installed the form using the regform tool, i can open the xsn form from the location where it was installed but cannot open it from any other location. Thanks, Saikrishna

Hello,

You have to clear the InfoPath cache using the below link,

1. Programmatically clear the cache:

2. Enter the following command in the Command Prompt window. This command clears the InfoPath cache

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE12>INFOPATH.EXE /cache clearall

Hi, 1 I created a script file to install the xsn using regform. 2 Installed the xsn using the js file thus generated 3 After the installation, another xsn file based on same URN cannot be opened and on opening it gives the following error Form template: C:\Documents and Settings\krishna\Desktop\Project1.xsn The form template for "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:infopath:Project:-myXSD-2008-10-24T17-30-13" is already registered at different location (C:\Books\Project2.xsn). If you want to use the form template from this location, you will need to register it by running the setup program for it. 4 I need this xsn form to be usable Your help will be greatly appreciated.
