It will not work full stop in vista, I can't inject anything into any infopath form. If I use a form that has been created on an XP machine none of the command buttons will work in that infopath form.

I am using infopath 2007 with the latest updates, my vista install in 64 bit edition doubt that will make a difference and also has service pack 1 installed.

I managed to use the qrules with a normal repeating table. Will the qrules work with a repeating table that is used to submit data to an SQL database. I have tried but it doesn't seem to work, it doesn't return any errors

Hello,

If I'm understanding it correctly, you managed to get it working before even trying in XP, which means you were still on Vista during that time. So we can tell that you're able to "inject" qRules successfully in your forms in Vista. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Also, what version of InfoPath are you using?

I know one of our testers uses Vista, so that shouldn't be the problem. Try a different qRules command in your form -- let's make sure the .dll is still there. Or try using SortTabl instead of SortTable -- the misspelling of the command should trigger an error, which will let us know that qRules is still in your form.... You didn't add any event handlers to your form, did you? It can be really easy to accidentally add an event handler, and if you add code to your form, qRules gets its feelings hurt....

Re: Sorting repeatable table

Here is the command.
