Write code to to send form as attachment in email and sharepoint submit on a button

Code for sending an attachment in Email,below look will be helpful to you

Code for SharePoint Submit:

1.Create ViewOption.xml file in the below format

<ViewOptions>
<SharePointURL>SharePoint site url name</SharePointURL>
</ViewOptions>

2.Add the Viewoption.xml file as resource file and add receive dataconnection for it

3.Write the code for submitting to sharepoint,

string SharePointURL = thisXDocument.GetDOM("ViewOptions").selectSingleNode("/ViewOptions/SharePointURL").text;

string fileName = thisXDocument.Dom.selectSingleNode("Xpath of the filename");

DAVAdapter SharePoint = (DAVAdapter)thisXDocument.DataAdapters["SharePoint Library Submit"];

SharePoint.FileName = fileName;

SharePoint.FolderURL = SharePointURL;

SharePoint.Submit();

i have gone thru following link.

i have done functionality.

i have place submit button there i am submitting data list.

i need to send a form to email. form mail data will fill and when click on submit button data should submit to the list?.
