That way you could query by visit date.

Tables are joined wrong, need to change them maybe(?)

I have a list of patients that are seen at our clinic in an Access DB in a structure as follows.

demographics
      insurance
      episode
          visit
          dx
      financialInfo

The form in question is a master/detail, my first master/detail. The form should work by entering a date into the visitDate query field, and the form will return just the visits (and episode and demographic info) that occured on that date.

Right now, the form is doing a left join(???), returning all patients, regardless if that patient had a visit that day.

Thanks for any help
