I'm trying to do the same thing lately and I haven't found a solution, yet. I would like to create an email containing an infopath form from an existing template but without using "Publish to a list of e-mail recipients". We would like to have the form published and emailed from a C# class.

Any hints?

10x

Re: How to publish InfoPath form Programatically?

Matt:

I have a question that is similiar to Navneet. When I "Publish" a form template "To a list of e-mail recipients", I want to create a task for each recipient in a Task list (in SharePoint 2007) to fill out the form when I click the "Send" button. I want to do this to track who has fill out the form without having to go look into the library where I have them submitting the form, after they have filled it out and signed it. Is it possible to programmatically "Publish" a form template "To a list of e-mail recipients" or add a method after the "Send" is successful so that I can add a task for each one of the recipients? If so, can you point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Re: How to publish InfoPath form Programatically?

Hi Navneet,

Are you saying you want to make an Outlook plug-in that will allow everyone to publish the form to a list of recipients? Or do you just want users to be able to forward the form?

I guess I'm just a little confused. Can you give some more details on what you are trying to accomplish?

How to publish InfoPath form Programatically?

Hi,
