First when you save the HTML from word you need to save as HTML and it will create the HTM file and a folder with the images. In InfoPath though you can&#39;t have the folder. So you have to bring in the HTM file and the images into the InfoPath form but update the HTM to have direct links to the pictures instead of to the pictures in the subfolder.
