The problem that I am facing is that I get no options to &quot;Design a new form&quot;. Infopath only gives me an option to &quot;Fill out a form&quot;. Even when I go to customize my toolbar and try to add &quot;Design a new form&quot; from there to the file menu, it disallows me to do that. What can be the reason for that.
