A model is shown using the Database Accelerator here. http://www.qdabra.com Then you could also keep historical data of when it changed and who changed it etc.too

Otherwise you would add some read only image controls or maybe just sections which have an image pasted in them, and then use conditional formating on each so that the image is hidden unless its corresponding value is selected.

There are also ways to add a graphic to a button which can be found on the site here, which would be another option.

Another thought is an image control and you could have it be a link to icons accessible from your web site or something. then you could build rules to update the link depending on the selected value.

Conditional attribute for shading or image placement

Hello - I am building an Executive Dashboard Form and I have 3 columns. Columns 1 and 2 are simple Red, Yellow, Green pick list boxes where process owners can choose the correct status indicator. That is working fine. My third column is going to be a trending column - hopefully showing an "up arrow" if the status went from "yellow" to "green", and a "down arrow" if the status went from "green" to "red" for example. Does anyone know of a clever way to do this?
