I am not aware if there is way to pass parameters through a web browser, but there are other ways of passing values to InfoPath.

Search with "Pass parameters to InfoPath". Jim Cantwell has written a how to on this.

Other was is to store the values in an XML file and import that file onload.

Passing parameters

Hello. I've Googled this a few ways but it seems like there is no straightforward solution.

As with many before InfoPath, much of my forms development has come with web forms. Thus passing parameters via URL (i.e. default.aspx?ID=3) and consuming it was no big deal.

I have published a InfoPath 2003 form to a SharePoint 2.0 forms library. How do I consume parameters values (passed via URL) in InfoPath?

Thanks..Jim
