Can you help me replacing double quotes in a multilinetextbox without any code. I was able to replace all the other special characters using

translate function.

Thanks,

InfoPath uses XPath 1, and I'm sure will at some point be upgraded to 2. There are also a few XPath extensions the Microsoft has made which are available to you. But unfortunately, I don't believe they will integrate individual functions in one at a time, but will rather wait until XPath 2 is complete, and then make a transition. For now we are stuck using "translate()" or writing some custom code.

Add Replace Function

According the Xpath 2.0 spec, described at www.w3schools.com/xpath there is a "Replace" function. It would be good if this was added to InfoPath, along with any other functions in this spec that are not currently available.
