Howdy.<br /><br />I've got a lovely little SharePoint server, and I'm experimenting with InfoPath. Pretty exciting stuff.<br /><br />Here's the problem: on my workstation (IBM ThinkPad - R51), it takes forever (actually, about 15 minutes) to open a document from a forms library. I think there's one other user who's having a similar problem on a Dell laptop. Any other workstation - no problem. <br /><br />Here's what happens: click on the link, get prompted to open, click okay. InfoPath starts up, I see the dialog to download the file and the template, then InfoPath just appears to hang for 15 minutes, then opens the document.<br /><br />Anyone else have any experience even remotely similar? I've done BIOS upgrades, Office uninstall/reinstall/repairs, all the obvious stuff.<br /><br />Thanks,<br />jr
