The sample form is setting the subject field based on the selected equipment - but you could add a single rules before sending the email that has a condition to check that the delivery status is not blank, and if it is not, use a concat function to add that delivery status onto the subject. When I click the SEND button on the ribbon, the form is saved and the email is sent, which meets my needs. Therefore, could you help me remove the SEND button completely? Also, when a user fills out the form and clicks the SEND button on the ribbon, the form is saved.
