Then they click the button and the data is populated. You can disable or hide the button once there is data in the field. I'm attaching a sample form with a couple ideas - save the form locally. Right click the saved file and select Design. This will be done through a button which has an action to set the fields equal to now(). The button does its job but I don't want anyone to be able to update a new date after the first time a date was entered. Is there anyway to do this?
