The user will select a Topic, and will add an attachment. The Form data is added to the SharePoint List, and is sending the email. However, in the body of the email the filename is missing and there is no link to get the attachment. I wrote the text "Link to File" under the control for 'Click here to attach a file' and "Link to File" displays in the email and allows the email receiver to click on this and get the file, but how do I get the file name to appear? The file name can be different for new questions.
