That is - if Name is blank AND Amount is blank AND Manager is blank, tell the user they can't submit, otherwise submit. Validation rules go on fields to verify the data is valid. Hope that helps. I want to have a button at the end which the user clicks on that will ensure the required fields have values entered in. The message can show somethin like 'Please fill in all fields that have a red asterisk' if any fields were not entered in, or, if they did things correctly, a message to say 'Your form has been validated and can be submitted'. I add the button but when I try to do a validation rule, it's grayed out. Is this the right way to accomplish this or should I be doing it another way. Thanks!
