Try this one. Save the file locally by right clicking the URL in the post heading and selecting the option to save locally. Right click the local file and select Design. I pasted a bunch of screenshots and info into the form itself to tell you what changes I made :)

Thank you for your prompt response. Please the see screenshots that I make my first rule to send the email (using an email submit connection as a default) and my second rule to submit the form to SharePoint.

Set your submit to use rules - then make your first rule to send the email (using an email submit connection) and your second rule to submit the form to SharePoint. You can also close the form at this point if you like. Are you having trouble creating the email connection? Or can you be more specific about what you are having trouble with?

Hi,

I have a question. Can an email alert be sent to my email like when a new InfoPath form is added or if any edits are made to a form? I am not sure how to set the alter by using the Manage Rules for the Submit button.
