The form hasn't changed. The SharePoint 2010 site prompts to download an XSN file. Incredibly it opens in InfoPath app and they fill in the form, but cannot submit it. Error message is

InfoPath cannot submit the form.
Some rules were not applied.
InfoPath cannot submit the form.
An error occurred while the form was being submitted.
The form cannot be submitted to the following location: http://onelink.tfl.gov.uk/sites/cmrcl/collabsites/cprf/Forum_Submissions/robin thakur2019-11-202019-11-27T14_41_12.xml
The site may be offline, read-only, or otherwise unavailable.
The parameter is incorrect.

I've verified the site is definitely up and available. Has anyone seen this before or do filler Forms just not work on Windows 10 full stop?

Thanks,
