They aren't submit at the same because I play the role user b and wait for a to submit then I submit. So the only thing I can think of is that they are using the form at the same time and whoever submits last wins. Perhaps turn versioning on in the library so you can see if that's what happening? I'm assuming you are re-checking the same views to see that the employees that were entered are now gone? FO (CCT Member) the first repeating table shows. The next view is HQ (CCT Member) both are two different user that can submit at different times. Yes I'm confident the event title are the same throughout the form because in the library the title remain the same. The process goes there are four events that users can submit to the library and once it gets submitted to the library the there's six users who receive it and start adding employees who like to attend.
