Is the email sent from the form? Or from SharePoint workflow?

Button to direct user to website

Hello all,

I would like to know how I can add a button which when the user clicks on the button it will direct the guest to a website?

Here is some information about the form.
Let's say a user submits an itemized form. Email is sent and I have the choice to approve or deny. Email is sent back to the user with the approval or denial of their submitted request.

Recently, I have added another option (shipped) along with the other options I can select (approve and deny). When I select the shipped option I can add a link with the tracking number of the shipment and then an email is sent to the user. What I would like for the user's email to see is a button that they can select that will direct them to the link I provided (without them seeing the actual URL).

Hope someone can help me with this.

Thanks in advance.
