I have 2 fields. 1 is the user with a person picker. the second is a text field for the Manager. When I set a user in the person picker, I'd like the manager field to be filled out with that user's manager. All of the documents that I've seen are for pulling the manager in of the user that's currently editing the document. This isn't what I want though. Hope someone on this excellent forum can help!
