The problem is that some approvers tend to take too long before approving thereby having a queue. I would like the workflow to redirect and escalate the approval to a different user to approve and ensure the workflow progresses. This would also apply in situations where the selected approver is out of office or unable to approve in good time. How do I achieve this?
