I started with a blank template, added a single data field (to the document database), added a text box and bound the text box to the data field.

I then signed the form, gave it full permissions and published it to a network location.

When I try to add the form as a Document Information Panel to my Word template, I get the following error message:-

The Document Information Panel template cannot be opened because it was published to the local computer or an Internet or untrusted site. Install or publish the template to a local intranet or trusted site and then try again.

The network location is a trusted location in Word (and the "Sub Folders Allowed" option is checked). So why can I not add the DIP to my Word document?

Any help would be most gratefully received - I won't have any hair left soon as I am pulling it out trying to get my head around this!

Thanks
