In mine, I am selecting the value where the NAME = "Department". In yours, you have the "." notation shorthand, so you are selecting the value where the VALUE = "SPS-JobTitle" .... which, of course, it does not. :) Copy the formula used for department, create a new rule right after that one to set JobTitle, and paste in the same formula. Then select the "Edit XPath" checkbox and just change Department to SPS-JobTitle.

Re: Using the People Picker to populate InfoPath 2013 fields

Thanks Hilary. I don't know if I'm looking in the wrong place for the Rules, but I click on the SelectedAccount field, then Manage Rules. I see the action Set a fields value: Department. It gives me the formula: Value[Name = "Department"] when I try and replicate that for the Job Title field (Value[. = "SPS-JobTitle"]) I don't get any results retuned. You can see the filter syntax there - you select the value and then add a filter to make the name equal to whatever you are seeing in the Name column in that secondary data source on the form - that makes it easier to get the rules right. :)

Re: Using the People Picker to populate InfoPath 2013 fields

Great! Save the attached file locally, right click & you can take a look at rules & preview. You had some defaults set that I didn't understand, so I removed those. I removed the form load rules too! I added a section on the form with the query & data fields for the user profile connection so you could try some stuff and see what's returned - just enter account IDs and click the button to see the data. Rules are on the SelectedAccount field. :)

Re: Using the People Picker to populate InfoPath 2013 fields

Thanks

Re: Using the People Picker to populate InfoPath 2013 fields

I'll try to take a look later today - but it may be tomorrow. :)
