The company requires we use a published form that contains several predefined fields, and this form still has revision churn happening to it, so its becoming frusturating to have to re-create my forms on their new form. My input to customize the published form is to create a "Test Results" table and data structure which supports it.

My question is likely very trivial to you seasoned users: How to I create a Template part (*.XTP) which contains only my Test Results table and data structure, from a form (*.XSN) which contains all the additional data?

Thanks much,
