I have tried several different options to create a &quot;Save&quot; button and a &quot;New Request&quot; button with the following requirements.</p><p>Save - saves current values&nbsp;to SharePoint list. Pulls up new record, with all fields blank.</p><p>New Request - </p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; checks if current record has been saved (unless not all required fields filled), if record has been saved, clears all fields and starts with&nbsp;new record; </p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; if record has not been saved, user is prompted to proceed without saving current record, deleting current field contents, or save current record with values, and clearing all fields</p><p>&nbsp;Current issues - logic for dirty flag if this&nbsp;is needed, clearing all&nbsp;fields and not&nbsp;displaying&nbsp;first record or any other record</p><p>&nbsp;Any assistance will be appreciated.
