You'll either need to add conditional formatting to display only the row you want or instead of letting the data connection query on load, use rules to set a query field and run the query, so that the secondary data source has only the data you need.

Hello! I'm new in using Infopath and I need your help. In Sharepoint 2013 I have created a custom list which presented a filling form for request for assurance of Hardware when an employee starts work in company (name of employee, which type of HW he needs..). Then I have created workflow in Sharepoint Designer (I used the standard Approval Workflow 2010) to this List (Request for HW). As you know this workflow generated a form for Approval in Infopath (Approval Workflow Task _x0028_bg-bg_x0029_ Copy 1 Copy.xsn). I need to add in this form additional Info from my list (which user need HW, what HW and so on). I have added this list as secondary database, then drag and drop the data fields in the Form. But now I see the information for all items in the list. What should I do to see only the current item which need to be approved. Thank you in advance!
