Also, even though this was my first post I've come across several of your solutions over the past few months so you've helped me quite a bit before! :)

Re: Multiple-Selection List Box Creates New Fields for Submitter

It is going to be hard to do this with a multi-select. They are bound to a repeating field & if you add an attribute to that field for your email address (for example), InfoPath won't include the attribute when creating a new node (i.e., when a new item is selected in the multi-select). Why not just use a repeating section with a dropdown for the contact name?

Multiple-Selection List Box Creates New Fields for Submitter

Hello,

I am trying to create fields based off of the multiple-selection list box I have. I have a Repeating field (ClientContactName) that populates a Multiple-Selection List Box. What I need is for the items that are checked in the MSLB, I need an additional field for the submitter to enter a username. Here's a screenshot of what I have:

In this example, I'd like to have text fields that correspond with "Contact One" and "Contact Three" to enter information for them. I'm not partial to the way I accomplish this so if there is a way to do this without using the MLSB I'm certainly open to that. Thank you!
