Both are of type drop down and they contain following values:</p><p><strong>attitude1</strong></p><p>one<br />two<br />three<br />four</p><p><strong>attitude2</strong></p><p>one<br />four&nbsp;</p><p>These fields are being displayed on&nbsp;form and when user selects any value from drop down and press button to submit, only <strong>attitude1</strong> value&nbsp;is saved.&nbsp;You know after submitting if you open the same form again then it shows you previously submitted data. That form is shown blank value for attitude2 field. I have also&nbsp;checked <strong>Tasks</strong> list and even that doesn&#39;t contain value for <strong>attidude2</strong> task field. It is blank.</p><p>How to fix this issue?&nbsp;</p>
