When opened normally through the browser a blank page appears with no error message. We did have issues in the past where the error message was "The specified form template could not be found, or is not compatible with rendering in the browser. It might need to be republished as a browser-enabled form". The only solution here was to reinstall MS or worst case recreate the user profile.

Re: InfoPath form intermittent access issues for some clients

So - they can't open in Filler or the browser? Since migrating to Office 365 I have sporadically encountered issues whereby some clients can no longer directly open their InfoPath forms from the library. It appears to coincide with standard patch updates.

As a workaround the form can be accessed through the datasheet view with some limitations or else opening the InfoPath program and choosing from recent forms.

Is there any way around this other than reinstalling the MS programs?

Please note that repair does not seem to work, nor does clearing the cache.

I am currently on SharePoint 2010; InfoPath 2013 and Windows 7.

Any assistance on this is greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,
Killian
