I switch between them often. I can edit a form with my regular user account but when it has code behind and the project files were created with my admin account, I can't. I can only publish a form from the admin account even though both accounts have permission to the library I am publishing to.

I am using InfoPath 2007 and SharePoint 2007 (still).

UPDATE: Okay I figured out one part of my question - accessing the form's code behind from either account. Each user must have permission to the project files location. Tools > Form Options > Programming > Project location for Visual Basic and C# code:

But...I still am struggling with how to publish from either account to SharePoint library where admin has full control and regular account has contribute. Does publishing an InfoPath form to SP library require full control? When I try to publish from regular account I get a prompt for username and password with the following message: "Enter your credentials to connect to the following web service: http://servername/folder/forms/_vti_bin?Lists.asmx which would indicate a SharePoint security issue???????

UPDATE: So I totally figured all this out on my own. In case it helps someone else, the answer is YES, the publisher must have full control to the SharePoint library they are publishing too. Guess I didn't need your help after all. I haven't been using InfoPath for several months and forgot the basics :)~
