We have an Infopath 2013 form as a content type in a document library in SharePoint Online.

For some users, when clicked on "New Form" in the document library - below error is displayed

"The document could not be created. The required application may not be installed properly or the template for this document library cannot be opened".

When the site is opened via Infopath Client, It works fine. But when it is opened via Document Library, some users are facing this issue.
