I want to create a form (name, surname, birthday) that gets sent to users (as an attachment) who then open the attachment, fill in the form,&nbsp;and submit it. The submitted data updates a list in SharePoint. I&#39;m using IP2013&nbsp;&amp; SP2010.</p><p>What is the best new form to use? What are the publishing options?
