Hi Adriano,

Three ways...

Simple: add a validation rule to the repeating group in your main data source with a condition the count of the repeating section is <= 3.
Medium: add three rows for your repeating section in the data -> default data area. Right click the control and uncheck the box to allow insert/delete.
Complex: export the InfoPath Template as source files and open the myschema.xsd in notepad and search for the repeating group and where it says maxOccurs="unlimited" change it to maxOccurs="3". Save. Right click manifest.xsf and choose Design and then save or publish the source files back as an XSN.

All techniques should work, but I like simple or medium since you can control the error message or just not have to worry about it.
