You can set up a view and filter it by me. Make that the default view. Then you can use the all documents view as your review option.

Read Only - several options.

Create a read only view which opens up for end used based on a criteria.

Use a workflow to change permissions on the form itself.

So as of now I am using an .ico with the hyperlink to the form directly. However, I would like then to land on the form library and then hit new to open the form. I would like them to only see their submissions but only in a read only format, while I would like to be able to see all submissions for review purposes. Anyone know how to do this or has anyone done this before? Thanks in advance!!
