Formotus (disclosure: my company) includes the ability to email InfoPath forms as PDF and/or HTML files from the device that fills them out.

But the easiest thing would be to have your contractor install InfoPath 2013, which is now available freestanding for download. Just search for 'get InfoPath' and you'll find it.

Good luck!

Export InfoPath 2010 form for non-InfoPath user

In the long running saga of trying to produce a method of tracking and updating jobs within my workplace, I have encountered another problem.

We have a workspace within MOSS which contains the template and saved forms for tracking and updating and jobs/faults we carry out.

The submit function does two things, it saves the form into our workspace and emails a copy of the form to an outside contractor responsible for collating info with regards to our jobs. This is done using by using data connections.

The issue I have is that the contractor does not have Infopath after all so cannot read the form whether it is embeded into the body of the email or attched to the email.

Is there anyway I can convert and export the form to .mht to be then attached to an email either using code or some other way?

The form was originally designed in IP 2003 but it is now being used within IP 2010. It is also a Filler Form template.

Thanks in advance

EDIT: I have tried using the in built 'Export to PDF/XPS' function however it will only display in prolife view with half of the form missing
