I have solved the issue. In the form, some date & time fields are using English (India), some fields are marked as Engllish (US). The form indicating format info. I have changed everything to English (US). But there is no change in the display. Then I have checked the Regional Settings of the site. It was marked as English (India). I have changed that to English (US). Now all the decimal fields are showing Thousand Separator. Some fields are in Repeating table and some of them are normal fields. In the infopath views, I set the formatting (Number with 3 Decimals and Thousand separator) of the textbox binded to fields. Things are working fine in design mode. But after publishing it in SharePoint 2013 server, Thousand separator is not coming for few fields. Few fields are working properly. We are using QRules 7.1 for submitting data to Sharepoint. Have anybody come across such kind of issues?
